Your projects, in tune with Claude

My Workspaces

A workspace is one of your projects, indexed by Harmony into a graph Claude Code can navigate. You create workspaces from Claude Code; they show up here once indexing starts.

Sign in to see your workspaces. You can still read the setup guide below.

Create a new workspace

About 5 minutes, plus indexing time. Copy each command with the Copy button. Tick each step as you finish it — your progress is remembered in this browser.

Filled in from the address of this page. Change it only if your team reaches Harmony through a different domain — every command below updates automatically.

Before you start

  • ✓Node.js 18 or newer — check with node --version. The Harmony connector runs through npx.
  • ✓Claude Code CLI — check with claude --version. Install guide: docs.claude.com.
  • ○A Harmony account — sign in on this site first.
  1. Open a terminal in your project folder

Harmony indexes the folder Claude Code is started in. Use the root of the repository you want indexed.

  2. Add the Harmony connector to Claude Code

Run this in the terminal (not inside a Claude chat). It points Claude Code at https://harmony.codeconductor.ai:80/.

Check it registered — harmony should be listed:

  3. Start (or restart) Claude Code

Claude Code only loads new connectors at startup. If it's already open, exit with /exit first.

  4. Sign this device in to Harmony

Type this into the Claude chat:

Claude replies with a link. Open it, approve the sign-in in your browser, then go back to Claude and say:

Claude confirms the login. Only say this after you've approved it in the browser.

  5. Index your project

Say this in the Claude chat. Claude uploads and indexes the project — a few minutes for a small repo, longer for a large one.

When Claude reports it's done, refresh this page — the new workspace appears at the top of the list.

  6. Tell Claude to use Harmony first (recommended)

Say this once. Claude saves it as a rule for this project, so it asks Harmony for code context before searching files itself.

  7. Explore what Harmony built

In your workspace list, click View graph to see your code as an interactive map of files, classes and methods and how they call each other, or Explore code to browse files and their symbols. From now on, just chat with Claude about your project.

Troubleshooting

"harmony" is missing from claude mcp list, or shows "Failed to connect"

Make sure you ran step 2 from the same project folder (connectors are saved per project by default). Check node --version is 18+. If the address was wrong, remove it and add it again:

Claude says Harmony is "not authenticated"

Repeat step 4. Sign-ins expire; logging in again is safe.

My workspace doesn't appear here

Indexing may still be running — wait for Claude to report it's done, then click Refresh. The list only shows workspaces created by your organization, so sign in here with the same account you approved in step 4.

I changed a lot of code — how do I update the index?

Say "Set up my Harmony workspace" again. Harmony checks the current commit and only re-uploads when the code has changed.
